This policy explains the limited information TrustedTot processes when you use the site.
Information we process
We process the email address you submit for the Registry Starter Checklist. If you create an account, authentication is handled through the site's configured authentication service. We do not use email addresses, passwords, or form responses in website analytics.
Analytics and storage
The site uses PostHog when configured to understand page and non-personal interaction events, such as guide views and affiliate-link clicks. The site and its configured providers may use cookies or local storage for analytics, session state, and preferences. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, passwords, raw form values, or full personal URLs to PostHog.
Email delivery and hosting
Checklist signups are saved to the site's configured data service and recorded through the MadeThis platform notification proxy. If delivery is configured, that proxy sends the checklist link. TrustedTot is hosted through its configured web-hosting infrastructure. We do not add an external email marketing provider through this site.
Choices
The optional recommendations checkbox is separate from checklist access. You can decline it and still request the checklist. To ask about information associated with an email address, use the Contact page when a contact address is configured.
